Hey, everybody!
Finder, the first book in my First Ordinance series, has been released on Amazon. It is also available for a limited time from my website, subtledemon.com.
If you're a fan of my Blood Destiny series, you'll want to read this book. The connections may be subtle (pun intended) but they're there; just keep reading, you'll figure it out.
Happy Tuesday!
Connie
Grats, Connie!! I have already started reading it … thank you for the new book :-).
ReplyDeleteThank you--and you're welcome :)
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to this weekend!
Hey Connie, I have just finished reading the book and I have to say it is amazing as always. Only your books could win my heart and make me lose myself in them completely. What I didn't like however, was that it ended. So now I am bouncing up and down and crying. I am a very impatient person so I am having a very hard time. I am hoping that you can tell me the date when you think it will be possible to release the next book. I also am wondering if you're still planning to continue with the series, god wars.
ReplyDeleteKeeper, the second First Ordinance book is tentatively scheduled for a September release (per Connie's FaceBook page).
DeleteThe God Wars appear to be done, but I would not be surprised to see more stories continuing in the same universe.
The Saa Thalarr stories are background stories in this universe =).
Thank you for the response to my questions. =)But now I am completely deflated... really September? I wanna cry... okay I'll... wait. :)
DeleteOh and I am wondering if I have missed any of the connections between this series and the others. I have read about L people (don't want to give anything away in case others haven't read)in there and g house as well as those annoying Bel wizards. So did I miss anything? By the way if I lack coherence and I am not being understood please tell me.
ReplyDeleteNo, those are the connections so far :)

ReplyDeleteConnie I was wondering how Griffin' s character really is? Because I have to admit to me he just appears as a selfish idiot who has only his best interest at heart and does whatever he pleases no matter who he hurts. He never learns from his mistakes and continues to do more harm than good. And not Lisa or Bree, no one punishes him for his actions, or at least take his foresight power away so can't do any more damage.
ReplyDeleteThis makes me think of The Lord of the Rings, for some reason. When I first read that series, I kept wondering why they didn't just kill Gollum. He was obviously worthless and evil. As it turned out, he still had a role to play. I hope that answers your question in some small way. :)
DeleteThank you. I think I understand.
DeleteConnie, I can't wait to read keeper; I want the next book so much it is like a really bad itch that won't go away no matter how much I scratch at it. Ok that was an awful example but I don't know anything that describes, my wanting to read keeper, better. So if you can, please release it sooner than September. Pretty please? ;-) :)
ReplyDeleteWell, the current FaceBook posts place the release at September / October so, I doubt we will see it before September … one can always hope though =).
ReplyDeletePersonally I think of Connie's book like fine wine … It is better to wait for it's proper time than to get something rushed.

Hah :)) =) yeah let's hope, wait, and see. And than read :).
