It's available on Amazon Now! I haven't checked B&N yet, but I'll do that just as soon as I'm done here. Yesterday was a long day and I waited until 2am to go to bed, hoping the book would show up in the U.S. It was available in the U.K. by that time, but I just couldn't keep my eyes open--Sorry, everyone. Anyway, happy Monday and happy reading to you all!

New Blood War Teaser
Journalists were falling over themselves as they attempted to get interviews with me. They shouted stupid questions such as "Were you afraid for your life?" or, "Will this force you to leave the Conclave early?" I wanted to give them the finger, but thought of Gavin and didn't. He would view that as conduct unbecoming any vampire and be embarrassed on my behalf. It was funny, actually, that Gavin was now my conscience.

Blood War Teaser
Here's a short one:
"Tsk, tsk," Erland muttered, shaking his head. "Perhaps Lissa should raise the topic of Diplomatic Immunity at the Conclave."
"That, my friend, would be inadvisable. She is new and many will be waiting, as vultures do when an ox is dying."
"I know. At times, I feel the need to cover myself in oil, just to slip through the tripe and garbage of Wylend's court. Lissa will have to contend with five hundred times that when she goes to Conclave."
Death has come to Le-Ath Veronis. A would-be assassin, aiming at Lissa, manages to kill someone close to her instead. A price has been placed on Lissa's head by Black Mist, an assassin's guild, who have been paid by a reassembled Solar Red. Throw in a spin-off religion, betrayal, the Five-Year Conclave for the Reth Alliance and a misguided kidnapping, and you have the seeds of war.

Questions
Hello, everybody! Hope your week is going well. The reason I'm writing this blog post is to ask a few questions. Last Saturday, I went to a writer's meeting. The speaker, a well-known author, said he writes blogs three times a week. Regularly. Well, color me embarrassed. All of you know that if I get even one post out a week, it's a miracle or something. So, I'm asking you--how often do you think I should blog? Once a week? Twice? Three (shoot me now) times?
Also, this same writer said that he writes book reviews on his blog. (Gasp!) I seldom do reviews, or if I do, they're short and sweet. So, again, what would you like to see me blog about? Or, would you like guest posts from other people (authors, bloggers, etc.)? More short stories? I may have a couple lying around. I even have one (a very strange one) about the expiring Mayan calendar and a conversation between two deities that I've considered putting up--with a disclaimer, of course :)
Therefore, here's your chance to make suggestions. I can't make any guarantees--after all, if you want me to blog about marmosets and lemurs, I will respectfully decline.

Spoiler Alert!
If you haven't read Blood Rebellion, you may want to close your eyes and not read the previous post :)
Blood War
Here's the first line in Blood War:
"Honey, I think you can have just about anything you want," I replied, smiling like an idiot at him.
Winkler was having a second helping of ribs and grinning at me. "Do I have a bedroom at the palace, now?" he teased.
